I forbindelse med din ordreafgivelse skal du angive en dansk leveringsadresse på det fragtfirma, som skal transportere din vare ud af landet samt et bookingnr. hos transportfirmaet. Herefter sørger vi for levering til fragtfirmaet, der efter nærmere aftale med dig sørger for levering fra Danmark.
Du kan aftale med dit fragtfirma, at de afhenter varerne direkte på vores lager. Og bemærk, WhiteAway.com's ansvar ift. transportskader og reklamationer kun gælder i Danmark.
Du kan også selv afhente dine varer ved at vælge 'Afhentning' under leveringsmetode. Varerne kan hentes på vores lager i enten Århus eller Fredericia efter nærmere aftale. Kontakt os gerne inden ordreafgivelse for angivelse af, hvilket lager varerne er placeret på.
Såfremt du ønsker at reklamere over din vare, bærer du selv ansvaret og omkostningen ved transport til Danmark, hvorefter WhiteAway.com håndterer reklamationen. Du bærer ligeledes selv ansvaret og omkostningen for transporten ud af Danmark efter håndtering af en reklamation.
Særlig vedrørende momsrefusion ved levering uden for EU (inkl. Grønland og Færøerne)WhiteAway.com hjælper dig gerne med det nødvendige papirarbejde for at kunne opnå momsrefusion.
Bemærk, at vi opkræver et administrationsgebyr for momsrefusionen på 10% af momsbeløbet - dog min. 100 kr og max. 400 kr.
Proceduren er følgende:- Du køber og betaler varen på normal vis hos os
- I forbindelse med leveringen hos dig, får du dit fragtfirma til at udarbejde en udførelsesfaktura, der dokumenterer, at varen er ført ud af Danmark.
- Toldmyndighederne i importlandet stempler udførelsesfakturaen
- Du fremsender den stemplede udførelsesfaktura til os, hvorefter vi kan udbetale momsen til dig

Delivery outside of Denmark (including Greenland and Faroe Island) - (Toggle to show)
Whiteaway.com does not deliver goods outside of Denmark; however we can help you with the first part of the delivery.
When you place your order you should put down the Danish delivery address of the freight company that will transport your goods out of Denmark. Also you should add a booking number from the freight company. After this has been done we will deliver to the freight company, which will take care of the delivery from Denmark after appointment with you.
If the freight company is willing to pick up the goods from our warehouse, that is also a possibility. You should note that Whiteaway.com's responsibility for freight damage and complaints only apply in Denmark.
You can pick up the goods at our warehouse by selecting "Afhentning" as delivery method. The goods can be picked up from our warehouse in Århus or Fredericia after further appointment. Please contact us prior to placing your order to get information about where the products you are interested in are situated.
If you wish to lodge a complaint about your product, you hold the responsibility and the cost of the transportation to Denmark. Once the product is in Denmark Whiteaway.com will take care of the complaint. You also hold the responsibility and the cost of moving the product out of Denmark again after the complaint has been handled.
Regarding repayment of withheld tax outside of EU (incl. Greenland and Faroe Island)Whiteaway.com would like to help you with the necessary paperwork that needs to be filed in order to have the withheld tax paid out. Beware, that we charge an administrational fee for the tax repayment of 10% of the tax amount - however the minimum charge is DKR 100 and maximum DKR 400.
The procedure is as follows:- You buy and pay us for the product as per usual
- When delivering the product to you, you ask the freight company to make a receipt, as a documentation of the product having left Denmark.
- Customs/Toll in the country of import signs the receipt
- You send us the signed receipt, and we will repay you the tax subsequently
